I first applied online, and then received an email a couple of days later to schedule a phone interview. I was told the interview would last 45-60 minutes, however it only ended up lasting about 20. The interviewer asks a lot of the same questions that you already answered online, like "Are you a legal US citizen?" and "Are you 18 years old?" --- make sure you say the same things you said online! Also make sure you study the interview questions listed on glassdoor. They helped me out so much. I'm not sure if I got the job or not--- fingers crossed that I get to move on to the in-person interview. Note: I couldn't get glassdoor to upload all of the interview questions below, so I just listed the rest here. What was your favorite thing about your old job? What are the pros and cons of working with a team? What does good customer service mean to you? Why do you want to work here? How would you promote a food to customers? What's another company that has great customer service? Have you ever quit a job without notice? Who were your past employers?
