Nice and amazing manager, seemed like a great place to work coming from a large wire house to an Independent brokerage firm. People were great and was a great pace to work, pretty much left you alone to get your work done.

The interviewing process was succinct and organized. I felt comfortable when being interviewed and conversation flowed naturally. At that point, I knew that it would be a positive work environment and I was happy to accept the offer for my position upon the second interview.
