My resume was not reviewed which resulted in me being initially hired in a different group. Hiring manager had no care for customer service and only cared if I was money hungry. Had a poor experience in interview (felt "slimy"), but accepted position anyway due to a less than stellar current job at that time. Poor decision on my part.
