Krishna Gupta is beyond Hot Headed, he has some very serious mental issues, he doesn't remember things, screams for hours at a time (NOT an exaggeration), has literal temper tantrums, is verbally abusive. He sabotages his business by ignoring customer complaints, flat out lying to customers AND employees, has everyone checking up on everyone else constantly, emails are answered over and over by many people. There are no managers, no production meetings, no SOP whatsoever. The other branch in India robs him blind, they are hired to do things that should be done in the US and then request that we get them the information and/or produce the quotes, customer contacts. They actually steal money from him when he is over in India and "lose" computers, parts etc. which Dr. Gupta in turn blames US employees. I am actively searching for other employment as this environment is beyond abysmal it's abusive.
I would advise anyone interested in working for this company, DON'T!!!!
