i emailed my cv and cover letter directly. they got back to me within a week and asked for the phone interview. it was very friendly and casual. It was an initial phone screening on if you and disney was the right fit. it went very quickly and would take no more than 20 minutes

Went to the Disney offices for the day. Had a tour around the premises including cinema, film room etc. Carried out an excel test and 2 in person interviews as well as a presentation

Interview started off with a 20 minute phone screen from the recruiter, then a 30 minute interview through Bluejeans with the hiring manager, then a 2 hour interview with the team and hiring manager. No technical questions or case studies, they were all pretty much behavioral and going through my resume.

The interview process was terrible. The internal recruiter was unprofessional and severely uninformed about the position, salary, and benefits. She often provided inaccurate salary and job information over the phone with family screaming in the background.
