Phone screening, zoom interview. First asked for a general overview of yourself. Asked questions about creating integrated Disney campaign and what you would do. Hypothetical questions about what you would do in difficult situations.

The interview went well, and I felt it was promising, but I was ultimately ghosted. Would've appreciated them at least emailing me back when I followed up about the position (after being deep in the interview process), but I guess you can't expect basic human decency in the job search anymore. I would've loved at least a rejection notice instead of the recruiter never responding.
