Great interview, very friendly interviewer. Which is exactly what you would expect from Walt Disney Orlando. Very informative. Really described what the experience will be like. After you apply you receive an email with a link to a web based interview. If you pass then they send you another email to schedule a face to face interview. Once you're hired you go to an orientation called Traditions.

Was very quick and to the point. They know what they are looking for. Go into the interview confident. Have general knowledge of the company, and the different areas within.
