The interview process lacked any professionalism. I tried to call to follow up and was met with the inability to find my file on their system. Disorganised. It didnt even feel like they have a HR department.
Entrevistas e etapas em português e inglês, além de bate papo com o gerente da área. Nada muito complexo ou difícil, só uma grande pressão pelo tamanho e porte da empresa.
it was an ordered interview where i got to meet the recruter to discuss my skills and my team management, it was fun and engaging and a great experience even though i didn't get the offer.

Interview was 4 rounds. HR interview phone interview, hiring manger zoom call, multi piece assessment project, in-person project review with several team members. The process was little slow moving, took several weeks to get through and was highly competitive
