I applied online and got the phone screen interview first. Then I had a phone interview with five person in the specific department.
The questions are basically organizational behavior questions and questions related to resume.

Very friendly and not at all what I expected. There are recruiters who are the ones that get your resume on the hiring manager’s desk if your initial screening goes well.

The interview was conducted on the phone. The interviewer was enthusiastic and has a positive attitude. The phone screen basically asks behavioral questions. After phone screen, a hiring manager will reach out to you for an interview.

In the early phases of the application process there is very little communication for long stretches at a time. If you are selected for phone interview (preliminary screening) you will talk to someone from Human Resources, not the team with which you will be working. If you are selected for to go farther they will offer an in-person interview or a video-chat interview. Disney has the pick of the litter, so they can afford to make you wait and be selective.
