I interviewed for Disney Consumer Products and submitted my application online. 3 weeks later, I received a call from a recruiter. We did a walkthrough of my resume, which took 15 minutes. The recruiter liked my resume, but I was told that there would be a slim chance of getting the internship since a current intern was already favored for this new internship. After waiting two weeks, I sent an email and called to inquire about a response, but never got back a reply. I assumed that the current intern took the position.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
