The initial interview was on the web, and the second was in person. They only gave a week to schedule the in-person interview, so if you are a few states away it could be a time crunch. Questions were fairly basic, and interviewer mainly went over what the job description entailed.

Tell about a time when you couldn't meet the needs of a difficult guest situation.
They ask if you like like working with kids, about your ideal job in the company, and what relevant past experience you have. Pretty easy interview overall. They will ask if you have problems enduring high temperatures as well.

The interview was fast. I was asked a couple questions and answered quickly which might’ve been a problem. I shoul've been more prepared for it and should've done more research.

Phone call interview where you talk about your experience with a camera and your people skills. I feel like the interview is very laid back and you do not have to put too much pressure on yourself.
