Their interview is a formal interview that asked about my background, experience, and questions related to production. The interviewer is very nice and patient in listening to my questions. He will ask 3 questions based on your background to see if you are fit with the position.

I first had a Zoom call with the Recruiter. The Recruiter was extremely friendly and personable. Then a couple weeks later, I was asked to do phone call with a member of the production team. Another few weeks passed by and then I got a call from the Recruiter that I had gotten the role.
