Group interview, sat in a circle and had to sell buzz lightyear and explain why I love disney and wanted to work for them. They also asked what Disney mean's to me and why it is so special. We also went around in a circle talking about ourselves (introduction etc). And were asked what we would do with a tricky customer being rude.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
