Over the phone screen to talk about your experience and what your future degree is going to be and they place you according to that. Not sure how I got merchandise when I was getting my Bachelor’s in Hospitality, I definitely think being at the front desk at resorts would’ve been the most beneficial.

The interview was multiple online surveys and then if you passed you did a 30-minute phone call. The phone call was the generic interview questions, also asking if you would be willing to be a life guard as they have to do more certifications then the other cast members.

Easy as long as you prepare, you will be fine. There are a lot of guides online that basically tell you what they're going to say. Overall, I would make sure to just say their name at the end of the interview as well. Ex: Thanks so much ____! This shows you actually listened :)
