I was head hunted by two different agencies who described a job that should have been a full time position with benefits. Seemed like both agencies didn't understand the scope of the job or why it being a year contract paid hourly was strange. The hourly rate was extremely low for the amount of labor and cost of living in the area.

I declined to continue the interview process after the agencies both dropped the ball on setting up an interview directly with the employer in a timely manner, and because the rate for full time employment in a managerial position was below the wage for an entry level position elsewhere.
