Disney conducts a face-to-face interview session during the assessment day. You will be interviewed by one of the members of the HR and management team. The interview involves various questions, in regards to your resume, former work experiences, behavior, expertise, and the position.

They have you come in and meet with one of their HR representatives. its a truly magical experience. you proceed to give them a copy of your resume along with a copy of your degree and they ask some questions and let you know if you're fit for the job.

It was very straight forward and friendly. All questions were directly related to the animation process. There were no trick questions or difficult questions. A lot of the questions were based on workflow.
