I had a phone Interview with recruiter. She asked about four questions. Very nice. Make sure you study your resume and how it can help the position they are hiring for.
First stage was online questions, second stage group plus individual interview. All done online, helpful due to cutting cost on travel, however the second interview was really long, I would have made it a lot shorter
