I applied online on August 16th and received a phone call from the Disney store on August 26th inviting me to have a group interview at one of two available times, both a few days away. For that interview, I was with two other girls. We were asked to explain where we are at in life and where we see ourselves in the future. We were given scenarios of certain guests that entered the store and were asked what we would say to them. We were asked whether we wanted to stock or work more front of house and we had to tell her what we noticed about the store when we entered. We also had to work as a team to rank what tasks were most important at the Disney Store. I was called later that day to schedule a second interview; they only gave me on time which was a few days away. I was interviewed with one girl. I had to explain my work history, why I wanted to work for Disney, what I would say to someone who entered the store, and what is the most important task to do at the Disney store. We talked about availability and what position we would rather work. I was unofficially offered the position and told my base pay.
