The phone interview was very conversational! My interviewer was very enthusiastic and was genuinely curious about why I was interested in the role. Most questions were about my experience and my familiarity with the Disney brand.

The interview was multiple online surveys and then if you passed you did a 30-minute phone call. The phone call was the generic interview questions, also asking if you would be willing to be a life guard as they have to do more certifications then the other cast members.

Easy as long as you prepare, you will be fine. There are a lot of guides online that basically tell you what they're going to say. Overall, I would make sure to just say their name at the end of the interview as well. Ex: Thanks so much ____! This shows you actually listened :)
