I was contacted by a recruiter and was briefly interviewed and scheduled for an interview at the studio in person with two executives. I met separately with both executives and they were incredibly accommodating and insightful. I sent each a thank you note after the interview the next day. On the follow-up with HR two weeks out I was told that they had decided to move in a different direction.

Question 1
What was has been your hardest challenge ever and how did you go about it handling it?
Zoom interview with the hiring manager. It was a friendly chat that started with self-introduction from both parties. We then elaborated on our own job experiences and got to understand each other better.
It is a very lengthy process- expect to have at least 5 rounds of interviews to talk to a lot of people. The overall process was good and the people were nice, but I am giving a neutral because it was so long.

It's amazing and you get to meet great minds.
It's good for someone who has the desired skills and they grill you accordingly based on that.
They all are expert and they judge you on how confident you are.
