It was a lengthy, but exciting interview process. The phone interview was the best part. It allows you to give your personality through the phone, as well as highlight what you love about Disney, memories you've made there, a specific impression a cast member left on you, etc.

Entretien
The interviews take place over multiple parts, a online application and later a phone interview. The phone interview is normally very brief and not over 20 minutes. The phone interview asks basic knowledge about yourself, your skills, and why you wish to work for the company.
