J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walt Disney Company (Boone, NC)
Entretien
The first "interview" is an online test that basically asks questions about what you would do in certain situations. It tells you immediately if you passed. If you did, you get a second interview! That one is more difficult. They ask questions about where you'd prefer to work, what you would do in certain situations, why you want to have the internship, what you like about the company, etc.

Lots of questions on personality, ideal work environment, situations, etc. There's no way to really know what the "right answers" are, but it definitely feels like there should be. They're really looking for people who fit their philosophy and they stick to it.

Entretien
A web based personality interview and then a phone interview. The phone interview only took about 20 minutes and was far less intimidating that I expected it to be. The woman was also very nice so it made it less scary. I completed the web portion the day after I applied and the phone interview was a day or two later. After that, I received an email that I was accepted about two months later (they indicated that it would take that long during the interview).
