First was a phone call with HR. This call was behavioral/resume questions and what skill level I was a with a couple of programming languages. Then there was a video call with team members. This was more behavioral/resume questions and one whiteboard exercise.

did a behavioral phone call interview with recruiter (they asked about my resume/experience with the technologies on the job listing and why i want to work at disney) -> did a hiring team behavioral video call interview a few weeks later
The first round was a simple phone screening. We discussed some logistics, as well as my background and experience on my resume. I did not progress to the next round but I was told it would be a behavioral interview.
