Was called for a 20 min chat which wasn't even a proper interview - during which I was told they weren't sure what skills they were looking for. The job spec I was sent was very clear about the skills needed - but when I met them in person it turned out they were looking for a PA sort of person, maybe. So - total waste of time and very unprofessional on their end. I did get feedback at least, after waiting for a month and a half - and was told I wasn't suitable as I was more oriented towards Legal & Business Affairs - which was what they advertised the job as in the first place! Epic fail on their end. Corporations can do whatever they can and waste people's time, but when an employee messes up, I'm sure they're held fully accountable. Apply only if you must and you have time to waste.
