I applied 07/09/2017. I got a call an hour later to set up the interview. The interview process took about an hour. There were two people in my "group" interview. We had to read a little from a story book, sell a product, plus the normal interview questions.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

I had a group interview, we all sat around a table and were asked both individual questions and worked in groups with management walking around listening to us,

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
