The company had someone call me and ask me questions. It took about 20 minutes and the person that interviewed me was very courteous. He asked questions about which role I preferred, if I had any experience, what I liked about Disney, etc. Overall a great interview.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director

The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
