Fairly simple. All interviews were group interviews. The first was a phone interview with the staffing agency at that time. They ask you questions about your favorite Disney character, and ask you to name about 10 characters/movies (I guess to filter out someone who thinks Shrek is Disney). The group interviews were easy. There was even a team building group exercise that involved us putting together a puzzle.

Friendly and professional, Disney would be an awesome place to work. Process was fairly easy and questions were average in difficulty. Unfortunately I did not get an offer but was able to find something else in the entertainment industry.
