I had a phone screening split into two parts. The first where I was asked Java technical questions and basic concepts such as Overload vs Override, etc. The second part was a little more difficult where I was asked a scenario question for instance what happens if I have a website that is running slow, how can I improve its functionality. It was essentially a trouble shooting question where if this doesn't improve the system what else can be done. In all, it lasted 40 minutes in length.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Actual interview was split into 3 parts. The first one was where I was asked behavioral questions. (What's a project where you demonstrated leadership... etc). The second was technical, I was asked an assortment of Java and SQL questions (abstract class vs. interface and indexing within SQL). The third was just a discussion about what was being done and was generally relaxed in nature.

Coding interview was actually very chill: could use any language to solve 2 problems. Mostly just talked through ideas, no coderpad or similar software. Both problems were fairly similar, involving looping an array and transforming it, avoiding repetition or inefficiency.

This was honestly such a fast and great interview experience.
I had an initial screening (video interview) with the recruiter, then a video interview with my hiring manager, an in-person technical interview at the office, and a final video interview with the director of engineering. Overall, everyone was very kind and there weren't any "gotcha" questions during the technical interview. They asked questions that were relevant to what I would be doing and they were also understanding that I might have not known everything.
I applied in February and completed all of the interviews in 3-4 weeks and I moved very quickly early in the process, so the wait to hear back was long about another 3-4 weeks.
And I got the offer! My recruiter advocated a ton for me and Im super excited to join my team.
