They used a canned set of 4 questions. Like, "describe a time in a past work environment when you encountered a problem you didn't know how to handle, and explain what you did to solve it." Since it was within the company, (store), and the candidates were limited, it was more of a formality.

The store was being built and the interview was held at the work source. Like the store the interview started normal and proceeded to many managers asking questions all at the same time. I got the job because I could handle all the questions so I must be able to handle vendors!
