Entretien
You go in for an interview with a customer service manager (usually the people you see upfront). Then, you have another interview with an assistant manager. The interview was really easy. It was done with a bunch of other people in the room so that was pretty uncomfortable but other than that, it was alright. They also ask you the same questions that sometimes appear in questionnaires at the end of the application process.

Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
