I applied for a Junior Account Executive, and ended up getting placed in the company as a Content Specialist. They were flexible when hearing more about my experience, and took my passions and desires into account when creating a role. They seem to be about hiring quality people and placing them in spots where they will thrive.

First round of interview was with HR manager, then a couple rounds with who I would have directly reported to. They didn't do a great job of selling me on why I should join the company. Job description completely change between the 2nd and 3rd interview.
