Interview process was standard. No big issues with it. Overall seemed fair and interviewers were open and mostly inviting. They allowed space for additional questions which was good and helpful for me.

Was recommended by a current staff member to apply. Good program director, great staff. Poor compensation with zero room for negotiation. I wish I had known that before accepting the position. They've said that they've done a complete overhaul of their pay system. This is really sad because their starting clinician positions pay has decreased by a significant amount and if you get hired too close to a review time you don't even get the 1% pay increase for the year. Good place to start and get your feet wet, but not a long term strategy. This too is upsetting as the turnover rate is extremely high. If current employees felt valued by upper management perhaps good workers would stay longer. It's a worthwhile cause with worthwhile clients, but it's treated like a business first and foremost - the clients and sub-management positions getting less than they deserve.
