I had three call interviews, two with the tennis director and a second one with the head pro. They wanted to get to know more about my teaching experience, including the student types I'd had and the lesson formats I'd taught. As well, we discussed the job function in detail and went over areas I'd feel comfortable working on as well as others where I'd need more support. They both were professional and supportive throughout the process.
