Online application, competency tests, video interview. Don't bother applying to this company..they take years to give you an update and after all the work that I've put through the 3 out of 4 stages in the interview ( I didn't pass to the assessment centre day) they just said that although I did have skills and capabilities of interest they wouldn't pursue me without further feedback, through an email that I couldn't even reply.
15-30 minutes duration of my initial interview. Hopefully to passed the interview for the next level. Be yourself and don't forget to study the wtw's about. The HR is very responsive in my emails.

The process was lengthy and in depth but understandable in order to get through large numbers of applications. The process was straight forward and easy to follow, unfortunately recruitment was cancelled due to COVID-19
