After applying for the position in January, I had to follow up several times to find out if and when they were going to interview. After several attempts to set up an interview I finally spoke with a very incompetent HR Hiring Consultant that scheduled an interview with the Hiring Manager. I didn't receive a call from the at the scheduled time so I reached out to the HR Consultant who rescheduled the meeting and confirmed the interview. The interview went very well and met most if not all of the requirements for the position and was told that they would have a decision by the end of the week to move to the next stage. After no communication, I sent a polite follow up with no response. At 10:30pm a week later, I was advised via email that "After careful consideration by the business and me, I regret to inform you that your application was not selected for further consideration." There was no feedback from a company that instills the concept of feedback for peers. In my opinion - Don't waste your time with Willis Towers Watson or any of their affiliates. They have little regard to your time and drag out the process.
