Emailed Received - This included two links for testing. I was required to take a very lengthy behavioral questionnaire, as well as a customer service test on the computer after the phone interview.
1st Interview - This was completed over the phone with a recruiting manager in Madision, WI (Headquarters), and was approximately 30 - minutes. The person I spoke with was very pleasant.
2nd Interview - In person at the location where I was eventually hired. This interview was with the, then 2 supervisors for Customer Service. They were both very nice and provided an immense amount of information. Plan to take notes it will be very helpful. I received about 45 - minutes of regurgitated information.
Job Offer - This was received about 2 - days later

I was not asked any questions, however, I did ask questions.
Phone interview. Easy. Had to talk to a couple different people until the offer came for hiring. Typical questions just want to make sure you are able to have a good high speed connection and have basic computer skills
Typical time to receive information about setting up an interview. HR staff is very professional and courteous. Seem to have a good system to prioritize potential candidates. Good experience and flexible.

The interview process was very simple and the interviewer created a very comfortable environment to express your feelings freely , she took her time and went over everything with me and the expectations that the company is looking for.

The questions that were asked were basically about previous job experience and customer service.
