hoping this interview is not one of that car or star method interviews where they ask you nothing about the job you are applying for. I ask you who isn't thinking safety and want to go home with all your fingers toes arms and leg?

I was called for an initial interview out of the blue after applying more than 3 weeks ago. The interviewer had a very thick accent and was very hard to understand. I was asked how many years of experience I had, despite the interviewer having my resume right in front of them. Once I said that I had less experience than their required minimum (which was not listed on the application) I was sped through the rest of the questions with little interest being shown for my answers. Once I was told I would be reached out to for next steps, he hung up. I immediately received a rejection email after the call ended
