It was a 3 stage interview, After phone call screening it was a techinical interview with my line manager, then there was a techinical interview with my Area Manager. Lastly it was an interview with the CEO who offered me the job right there and then.

3 step interview, first there is a screening call by HR then 1st interview with your line manager usually technically and later an interview with the CEO which is not as technical as the first one.
