J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vyro.ai en nov. 2025

      Entretien

Honestly, the interview was rage bait and felt like I had just wasted 45 minutes of my life. There was no HR screening at all. I was told by email that I had already “cleared the first round,” but HR never actually spoke to me, never walked me through the role, and shared nothing about the company, product, or expectations. The interview itself was with a product manager who spent the first few minutes chatting with people around him instead of paying attention. When he finally focused, most questions were basic HR style questions or fishing for details about how my current company runs growth and who works on what, which felt more like free consulting than an interview. Near the end, he very casually dropped that the company expects a six day work week with roughly 10 to 12 hour days. This had never been disclosed in the JD or by HR. When I asked if people at the company received any raise or compensation adjustment when this extra day and extra hours were added, he said no, there were some recent raises but nothing specific tied to this change. He openly admitted that the policy was “weird,” that it had simply come from the top, and that people were just going along with it without asking questions. He did not sound like someone who was proud of or aligned with his own company, which made the whole conversation feel even more off. It was also very clear from his tone that he fully expected me to say no once he finally revealed this, which made it feel intentional and deceptive, as if the real goal was to first extract how other companies are working on growth. I told him directly that this felt very deceptive and that I did not appreciate finding out so late in the process. I walked away feeling that this was perhaps the worst place I have ever interviewed for based on a single conversation, and I would strongly advise other candidates to stay far away from this company.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

      1. Introduce yourself. Rest were along the lines of: 2. Can you walk me through how growth is structured at your current company, who the key people are, and which of them we might be able to reach out to since we are hiring for similar roles?” 3. Explain in detail how your current company runs growth experiments from idea to rollout, including any internal tools, processes, and playbooks you follow.” 3. “What are the main growth wins you have driven at your current company and exactly how did your team execute them?”
