The interview was very simple, I walked in asked for the hiring manager, went to her office and simply waited for her. She came in after a couple of minutes and pulled up my online application and began asking me simple questions and reviewing my application.

Pretty much how any interview process would go. I dressed up business casual, brought my resume, went through the interviewing process with questions, and got hired on the spot. They'd tell you what roles are available and you get to pick.
