I really enjoyed the interview process at Vodafone!
1. Online Application - straightforward
2. Video Interview (with a surprise SJT/Numerical at the end which threw me off!) - The video interview was based on me, my interest in HR, qualities that describe me etc. Easy to complete/prepare for! The numerical/SJT were relatively simple too, especially given that I didn't prepare for them!
3. Assessment centre - It took 2.5 months to get the result of my video interview, which was the assessment centre stage. It was a half day AC, and one of the best experiences I've had compared to other companies. It was generally a really engaging and enjoyable day.

TIPS: Go beyond Vodafone's basic information, and learn about the company in a wider sense - e.g. it's position in the market, upcoming technologies that it's involved in etc.

1) fill out online application
2) quickly sifted through to a video interview. had to complete within a week
3) assessment centre - group activity, 1:1 interview and case study
the feedback was terrible! it consisted solely of negative comments and no positive feedback whatsoever. this is despite the fact that i was told on the day that i performed very well. feedback like this isn't very good at all, and can really impact someones ability to interview in the future. they need to improve on this.
