Application process consisted of a digital interview, cognitive ability tests, verbal reasoning test, which were all very friendly. These were followed by an assessment centre and 1-1 interview, which were much more taxing.

First you do the online application, then the video interview. Make sure you are well prepared for this step, then its the online assessment which was split into three parts. It was a virtual assessment centre that lasted the whole day.
