I was approached by the recruiter and the whole process from the message to the offer took roughly 2 weeks and was very smooth. It included initial call with the tech lead and VP about the role and my experience, technical interview where I was given system design home task and a call with short code review test + discussion about my solution, then the call with the Head of Talent and final short chat with Team Lead about ways of working. I found the questions and expectations reasonable for the role and the timings were sufficient to spend few hours on the preparation.
