Had a voicemail from their recruitment team, didn’t leave name and number left didn’t accept any calls. I had to play detective to try and find the person and then assume their email address and ask for a call back, so I could speak to the person. I should have know there and then that this was going to be a bit of a waste of time.
Finally got an interview with the director of the department via teams. Not a single question was asked about my skills and years worth of experience, but he just went down some questions to try and get information on what my current company does, to try and steal this information, but as I caught onto that quick, I was able to keep steering away.
Didn’t really have anything about the role even tough I had to ask again at the end what the job actually was, to be told that if I wasn’t out of the office meeting customers twice a week, I’m not doing my job right, again a red flag.
I would suggest anyone looking to apply for a role here, to steer well clear from this company. They may be a large one, but don’t care about people. I was pretty much lied to by every department that I got in contact with.
When I was then told via email template that I didn’t get the job, I had to fight to get some sort of feedback, but just had some wishy washy story of nonsense..

Interviewed in a hotel. I was interviewed by 2 people. They were both lovely and put me at ease. I was told that they had other people to see but I got the offer the following day
