The interview was short, but pleasant, and involved 3 members of the team. Later I was asked to write 2 articles as proof of skills, but was never contacted again — despite delivering the material on time and sending a few follow-ups. This is just lazy communication and shows a complete disregard for the candidate's time and effort. A straightforward rejection email or (ideally) some feedback would have been appreciated.
