The interview process was long and the recruiter was not responsive at all even thought he sent email saying he is willing to answer any questions. It consists of 3 rounds of interview. First round recruiter, second round hiring manager, and third round with a panel. I had pretty decent interview for the second round as the hiring manager told me that things will move quickly from here and I should hear from the recruiter soon for the third round. I was so excited and happy as I believe VISA is a great company to work for. However, after wait week after week for over 3-4 weeks with 2-3 follow up emails and none of them get responded. During that time, I couldn't sleep well and become sad often for no reason. I know I want this and my skills and experience align well with JD and Visa's value. The hiring manager told me he likes me. But no update since then. I tried to connect with the recruiter and senior manager in LinkedIn but still no response. Why? Btw, I really appreciate the senior manager referred me to this role and the first round of interview was scheduled right after I applied. Visa seems to be a good company but maybe the team is not what I'm looking for.
