DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH VISA BANGALORE (The mediocre company in words of hiring manager) I solved hacker rank and 1st and 2nd interview flawlessly, even interviewer got confused asking a problem which I had to correct. The HR got changed multiple times during my interview and told that technically I am very sound. I am coming from a gap of 10 months which I had told them before, when it came to HM round, she told she is moderately ambitious and has senior software engineer position and not staff which was fine, I explained my projects in details and she had questions which she said would be asked by her manager in next round. These visa people are so lame that I got a mail of rejection 5 minutes before HM round which I clarified was their mistake they took HM round and next day again sent the same rejection mail(hired someone else). I am an immediate joiner and these half wits wasted so much of my time and rejected perhaps on my gap but they could have simply avoided the interview altogether. You know it's a joke when these people say(Visa Bangalore) they processed over billions of payment transactions, because these irresponsible HR's are good for nothing, are careless unprofessional people how can they hire someone good? BTW this recruiter is the worst recruiter I have ever come across, she said she will share the expectations of each round on mail, when I sent reminder she said I told on call what do you want me to share the questions of the interview, on being reminded her to share the details on mail(especially when visa doesnt have design round) she did not reply. When I called to check she said we talked for 1 hour before 1 hour now, I said I just called, she said I told last time, I told but other HRs shared different round and HM said design round, she said she is HR I'm the recruiter and started shouting, like RIP god bless these crazy folks. These people are careless unprofessional egoistic uncultured and truly incompetent, who are waiting to pass time as perhaps they don't get any work from their us counterparts.

Processo bem estruturado. Apliquei no site da vaga, através do linkedin e, após isso, passei para a fase com o RH. Foi-me apresentado algumas informações sobre a vaga e benefícios, após isso, fiz uma entrevista curta em inglês. Depois, foi passado o case para a entrevista técnica.
