Applied from Visa Website and went to hiring meetup at Palo Alto office. Got a few emails on arranging phone screen but never materialized. Finally, a phone interview has happened with the hiring manager. But no feedback or follow-up afterward. They never responded to my enquiry email. The overall HR interaction experience is negative. It is rude and ignorance to say the least.

Agency sourced my CV. Post that I had hackerank test,after one month agency called me to to schedule F2F interview. I reached office on scheduled time. No one addressed me for 30 minutes. Later Hr came and took me inside the office premises. I waiting again 30 minutes for an interviewer to come . Then the interview went for an hour. I didn't do interview well, that does not mean HR will not update the status on the interview taken. Post interview I kept on waiting, no one updated me the interview status. I got frustrated and came out. This attitude of HR is not acceptable at all. I took half day off from office to attend the interview.
