The interview process was fairly standard. I had a phone screen with the recruiter, a phone call with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview. The onsite interview was long - it was with 8 people (it was supposed to be 9 but one didn't show). The recruiting coordinator didn't tell me how to connect with the interviewers who were offsite, didn't offer water (I was in a conference room for 3 hours), and didn't check in. Some of the interviewers weren't very good at interviewing. They just asked if I had questions for them which is a hard way to fill thirty minutes. My only complaints about the process are with recruiting. I heard absolutely nothing after my on-site interview. After three weeks, I had to contact the recruiter to find out what was going on. She sent me a one line email stating I hadn't been picked. Basically, I got ghosted by the recruiter which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional on their part.

Standard process, positive experience. Usual interview questions, talk through your career to date and relevant experience, motivations for the applied role etc. Explained role, responsibilities and team structure. Overall a very standard interview process .

El proceso es bastante extenso. Primero, aplicas a la candidatura, y en caso de encajar, se realiza una vídeo entrevista en inglés. Más adelante, una entrevista con RRHH para la cual se requiere responder a distintas preguntas con el método STAR y preparar una presentación de 15 min en inglés contando cómo se mejoraría el employee engagement en VISA, así como también se atraería al mejor talento.
Pues bien, después de invertir todo ese tiempo (mínimo 1 h y media de las diferentes entrevistas más la preparación que conllevan) y asegurar que en las próximas semanas recibiría Feedback tanto en un sentido como en otro, han pasado casi dos meses sin recibir ningún tipo de respuesta por su parte (más aún habiendo intentado contactar varias veces con la persona que me agendó para la entrevista y en su momento respondía bastante rápido a todos los mails).
En conclusión, pérdida de tiempo absoluta y falta de seriedad y profesionalidad.
