I have attended the interview as a fresher.
so i have the 3 rounds of interview process
first round is written test
second one is technical round
third round would be HR
Technical interview lasts for more than one hour asking to write the simple programs on the language which we are familiar with.

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
